I would like to take a minute to express my appreciation and thoughts about how wonderful Miranda has been to us! Let me say that we had no intentions of buying property the day we met Miranda. We were just curious how much a lot would cost. We called Miranda on some property that we were looking at, about 3 or 4 lots. We were on short 3 day vacation and she saw us the next day to talk with us. The next day she not only met with us but also had 3 other property’s that she could show us. As we looked at all the properties, she was great. Showing us, explaining things, and answering every question we had. The 3rd lot was everything we wanted plus extras. We headed home discussing all 3 lots. But by the time we got half way home we both had decided on the 3rd lot. We still had things to work out and finally called her back in a couple of weeks. As we waited to see if everything worked out which it did, we are now part of a great community! We have made some great friends and have a great realtor that has been with us throughout this exciting adventure. We appreciate you Miranda and all you have done for us! We hope to stay in touch and see what exciting times Port St. Joe holds for us! Thank you again!
