I don’t even know where to start with Miranda Rollins… she is everything you hope for when you are buying a new property and have no idea what you are doing! We live 5 hours away and we just wanted a little place to park a 5th wheel so we could have a place to stay during our diving and fishing trips. Well buying was the easy part. I had no idea of all the permits, city/county red tape, getting applications in, buying an empty lot took. And on top of that we are trying to do all of this from a distance. I have always just bought turnkey, so I was clueless. But Miranda has helped us every step of the way. If I come across a question, I know I can call her or text her, if she does not know the answer, she makes a phone call and gets you an answer. You say you don’t like where a tree is, she says I know a guy, seconds later you have a tree service contact in your phone. I think I need a culvert, again seconds later contact in your phone. I have never felt left hanging with her. She goes above and beyond what she has to do. I feel blessed that we found a little slice of heaven in the Port St Joe area and even more blessed that it was one of Miranda’s listings.
