This project sustained significant damage from Hurricane Michael, but repairs are well underway. This is a 3rd floor condo with great views and comes with a boat slip (Slip Number 4). The HOA will build the unit back to sheetrock & then must be finished by new owner. (Cabinets, counters, floors, lighting, etc will be the responsibility of the new owner to finish) The HOA hopes to have their part of the construction completed by early summer with owners being able to move back in by late July/early August. HOA dues are $1849 per quarter. This condo has one of the best boat slips in the project and has a big top cover and 16,000 lb Deco boat lift (owner paid over $20,000 for this) .
